We love taking volunteers to see the giraffes outside of Niamey. To be able to walk among them & be so close to them is indescribable. We would not do it so often if it weren't for having volunteers but we love it each time we go. It never gets old. And what other 16 month old can say they've seen giraffes in their natural habitat 5 times?! This is the first time she was brave enough to walk towards them. She just loves animals & especially her friends the giraffes!
She is SO excited to be back to see the giraffes again!
