home from the hospital
After five nights in the hospital, we were finally released! Normally we would have left on Sunday but they don't like to release patients on Sundays, so we looked forward to going home on Monday. When Monday rolled around, they checked Isabelle's blood before we left & it showed that her bilirubin count was too high & she'd need to stay another night. After 10 hours under the bili-lights & a good report from the doctor on Tuesday morning, we came "home"! But we had to stop at a photo shop first to get her passport pictures. Yes, our daughter will have her very own passport and she's not even a week old!
