Before we left Bowling Green on May 1, we hit up Chaney's Dairy Barn. It's just a tiny drive outside the metropolis of BG, but it's so worth it! And who knew they had a fancy little playground out behind the barn with huge slides?!
Isabelle with her very own cup of ice cream. Peanut butter ... yummy! But, if you were me, I'd highly recommend Big Red ... ice cream with big chunks of red velvet cake & white chocolate!
How fun are these little things? Seriously, I only went to Chaney's every once in a while when we lived in BG & just for the ice cream or chicken salad. I had no idea there was fun stuff for kids, too! Guess you have to have a kid to find these things out!
Poor Luke ... sleeping again! We were so thankful to be able to have a child in America but he was so itty bitty that he didn't get to join in on most of the fun! Isabelle is at that age where
everything was so new & exciting for her. We made SO many memories with her while we were in the States! She seriously loved everything we did everywhere we went. Thankfully, Luke is an easy going baby who didn't mind getting toted along for the ride. And, don't worry, by the time we actually left the States, we were busy making loads of memories with Luke, too!
And you absolutely have to capture a picture when Isabelle actually sits still this long ... it's a rarity with her!
