On Wednesday, May 5, we finally made it to Wolsey, South Dakota. Let me first tell you that Wolsey is a whopping metropolis of 415 people. And my parents live 12 miles outside of Wolsey. No matter what direction you look from their house, there is not another home in sight ... just cows! But Isabelle, as she always does, just naturally dove right into being a farm girl. She'd go out some mornings to help my dad's neighbor check cows, she rode in tractors & on four wheelers. Seriously, this child can adapt to any situation - be it an African village, city life or even farm life!
Isabelle LOVED riding in the tractor. Sometimes my dad (aka "GB") would just take her for no reason at all. She just loved being on the farm so much!
Luke got lots of loving, too! And how could he not? He's just so cute!
