i scream, you scream

We don't take Izzy out to restaurants very often. (1) There aren't any in Ayorou, where we spend most of our time. (2) There aren't a ton to choose from in Niamey.

So when we do take her out, we like to reward her with dessert that she would otherwise never get ... ice cream! I can make cakes, cookies & pies out the wazoo in Ayorou but with 8 hours of electricity in the desert heat, this child does not ever get ice cream.

While she has become picky with foods as of late, she has no problem opening her mouth for a bite of chocolate ice cream.

She is really tickled here for some reason about eating ice cream!

She loves it. But who doesn't?
